Little Moment Studio is a balloon styling and celebration decor business based at the Forum Shopping Centre in Sittingbourne, Kent (ME10 3DL). We specialise in creating bespoke balloon installations for baby showers, birthdays, first birthdays and special celebrations across Kent. Every setup is designed from scratch to match your theme, colours and venue.

We offer a full range of balloon styling and celebration decor services including: balloon garlands and organic garland installations, balloon arches, baby shower balloon displays, birthday and first birthday balloon setups, backdrop and prop hire, dessert table styling, and full celebration styling packages. We design everything bespoke — no two setups are the same.

Balloon decoration prices vary depending on the size and complexity of your setup. At Little Moment Studio, our packages typically start from around £150 for smaller displays. Full celebration styling packages with garlands, props and backdrops range from £300 to £800+. We provide a detailed quote after your free consultation call so there are no surprises. A 25% booking deposit secures your date.

Yes — baby showers are one of our most popular services. We create stunning baby shower balloon displays including garlands, arches, organic arrangements and full venue styling. Booking & Deposits

To confirm your date, we ask for a 25% non-refundable booking deposit at the time of enquiry. Once received, your date is reserved and we begin planning your celebration together. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.

Once your booking is confirmed, we begin sourcing your bespoke materials, reserving your date in our calendar, and dedicating design time to your celebration. The deposit covers this work and ensures your date isn't offered to anyone else.

We completely understand that life doesn't always go to plan. If you need to cancel:

  • More than 14 days before your event — your balance is refunded in full; only the booking deposit is retained.
  • Within 14 days of your event — as materials will have been ordered and preparations made, the deposit is retained and no further charge is made.

In some circumstances, we may be able to transfer your booking to a new date, subject to availability — just get in touch and we'll do our very best to help.

Our props — including backdrops, stands and decorative pieces — are available as part of a full styling package rather than as standalone hire. This ensures everything works together beautifully and that your celebration looks exactly as it should.

Yes — where props are included in your package, a small refundable damage deposit is required. This is returned promptly once the items are back with us in good condition. We'll confirm the amount when we send your proposal.

We're based at Forum Shopping Centre in Sittingbourne and currently cover a 10-mile radius — taking in Faversham, Newington, Rainham, Gillingham and surrounding areas. If you're just outside our area, do get in touch as we'll always try to help where we can.

Travel within our 10-mile area is included in your quote — no hidden extras.

Both! We're happy to come to your home, a hired venue, a village hall — wherever your celebration is taking place. Just let us know the details when you enquire and we'll factor everything in.

The Design Process

Not at all — that's what we're here for. Once your deposit is in and your date is secured, we'll arrange a consultation call to talk through your vision, the space, the vibe, and any colours or themes you have in mind. Most clients come to us with a feeling rather than a plan, and we love it that way.

It's a relaxed chat — usually around 20–30 minutes — where we get to know your celebration and what you're hoping to create. We'll ask about your venue, your colour palette, the mood you want to set, and any inspiration you've already spotted. If you've seen something you love in our gallery, even better — tell us and we'll build from there.

We'll put together a bespoke design proposal for your event — tailored to your brief, your budget, and your space. You'll have a clear picture of exactly what we'll create before we confirm the final details.

Absolutely. The proposal is the starting point, not the final word. We want you to feel completely confident before your celebration day, so we're happy to refine the design until it feels just right.

On the Day

We'll agree a setup window with you in advance — usually 1–2 hours before your guests arrive, depending on the size of the installation. We'll confirm the exact timing once your design is finalised so you can plan your day around it.

Some setups — such as lit backdrops or certain prop hire — do require a nearby power socket. We'll let you know during the design process if this applies to your booking, so you can check with your venue in advance.

It varies by installation. We'll advise on the footprint during your consultation so there are no surprises on the day. As a rough guide, a standard balloon arch needs around 2–3 metres of clear wall or floor space.

No — we handle everything ourselves, from unloading to setup to final styling. All we ask is clear access to the setup area when we arrive.

Collection isn't included as standard, but we're happy to discuss it. Most clients keep their balloons as part of the celebration — they look wonderful in photos and the children love them!

The Balloons

We use high-quality latex and foil balloons from professional suppliers. All our latex balloons are made from natural rubber latex — a sustainably harvested material — and we only ever use the best grades to ensure a beautiful, long-lasting finish.

Air-filled balloons (used in most installations) typically last several days to a couple of weeks indoors. Helium-filled balloons float for around 12–24 hours for standard latex, or several days for foil. We'll advise on longevity as part of your design so you know exactly what to expect.

Natural latex balloons are biodegradable. We never release balloons outdoors — all our installations are designed to be enjoyed indoors and taken home or disposed of responsibly. We're committed to running our business as sustainably as possible.

Absolutely. We have access to an extensive range of colours and finishes — from soft pastels and metallics to bold statement shades. If you have a colour scheme in mind, share it with us and we'll do our very best to match it. Our journal is a great place to start if you're looking for colour inspiration.
